Enrolling your child

To enroll your child please call into the centre and have a look around.  Complete waiting list enrollment forms and a place will be allocated when available.  While your child is waiting for a place at the centre you are encouraged to attend regularly as this procedure supports you and your child’s transition when a permanent place comes available.

Hourly:  $5.00
Morning Session:  $15-00
Afternoon Session:  $15-00/$20-00

Late Fee per every 15 minutes:  $20.00

Profile Book:  $3.00

Term Fee for Profile Book:  $10.00

Absences are charged at full fees.

Accounts must be kept current, either weekly or fortnightly, cash or direct credit. Debt collection procedures will be followed for all unpaid accounts.  All accounts are to be paid in full at the end of each term for your child’s position to be held.

20 Hours ECE Funding for 3 and 4 year olds

This centre offers up to 20 hours ECE funding for 3 and 4 year olds, in accordance with the Government policy 2008.  This funding subsidy is available up to six hours per day and a maximum of 20 hours per week for all 3 and 4 year old children enrolled at our centre.  Hours of attendance in excess of the 20 hours ECE are charged at the standard hourly rate.

WINZ

Childcare subsidy forms are available from the centre on confirmation of a permanent booking.  If you would like information about subsidy entitlements please phone your local WINZ office or refer to the WINZ website.  Parents/caregiver are responsible for paying full fees until the subsidy is approved and in the event that the subsidy is suspended or cancelled for any reason.  The centre takes no responsibility for parent fees in this instance.
